1. Who is the controller of your data?

The controller of your personal data is Fintree Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice, at the following address: ul. Mariacka 37, 40-014 Katowice, Poland.

3. What data do we collect and where do we get it from?

We process data that you voluntarily enter into our contact form on the website fintree.io. These usually include:

  • First and last name,
  • E-mail address,
  • Phone number (if provided),
  • Any other information you choose to include in the message content.

Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary for us to answer your inquiry.

4. Why and on what legal basis do we process your data?

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

We treat your personal data as confidential. However, it may be transferred to entities that help us run our business and maintain our website, including:

  • Entities providing IT services and technical support for Fintree.

6. How long do we store your data?

Your data will be stored for the period necessary to handle your inquiry and conclude the correspondence.

In the case of general inquiries, we delete the data after the contact is concluded.

8. Cookies and analytical tools

Our website fintree.io uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the service and for statistical purposes (e.g., via the Google Analytics tool, which helps us understand how users use the website).
